No. Asaan Karobar runs in any browser on the computer or phone you already own. Barcode scanners, thermal printers and biometric devices are optional, and if you already have them, we will connect them for you.
Encryption, backups and who sees what
Yes. Your data is encrypted with 256-bit SSL, the same standard banks use, stored on secure cloud servers and backed up automatically every 24 hours. Only you and the users you authorise can access it.
Exactly who you decide. Permissions are role-based: your cashier sees billing, your manager sees margins, and only you see everything. Every action is logged with the user and time.
The POS keeps working offline. Bills are saved on the device and sync automatically the moment your connection returns, so the counter never stops.
Always. Your data belongs to you. You can export products, ledgers, invoices and reports to Excel at any time, and we will provide a full export if you ever decide to move on.
Modules, branches, mobile and AI reports
No. Many businesses start with inventory and billing, switch on accounting once they are comfortable, and add payroll later. Modules you do not use stay out of the way, and your staff only see the screens they need.
Yes. Stock, sales and staff are tracked per branch, with consolidated reporting across all of them. The Growth plan covers 3 branches and Enterprise is unlimited.
Yes. On every plan, everything runs in your phone’s browser. The Enterprise plan adds Android and iOS apps for billing, stock checks and reports, so many owners run their whole business from their phone.

Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated, and downgrades take effect from your next billing cycle. No penalty either way.
